Neptune and Jupiter are meeting in the sign of Pisces today. This is a power-filled conjunction that has not occurred since March 17, 1856. The next one occurs in 2188, which makes this a once-in-a-lifetime astrological event for us.

Jupiter
Jupiter in astrology is considered to be the second most powerful planet. The planet itself is the biggest in the solar system. The planet is responsible for knowledge, dedication, and wisdom. It also reveals the spiritual side of a person.
The ancients endowed the planet, Jupiter, with masculinity, discipline, and priestly nobility. Appearing to radiate with its own light, the planet shines forth as a teacher of the gods. This good energy naturally inspired the ancients to associate the yellow sapphire with the planet Jupiter. The planet bestows divine guidance and grace, as well as good fortune and the dispensation of knowledge. The planet represents the legacy of family, as well as the guidance of gurus.
In astrology, there is one planet that is known to bring fortune, favor, miracles, and blessings — Jupiter. Also known as “the Great Benefic,” it showers us with opportunities for growth, expansion, and happiness.
Jupiter’s energy is optimistic, hopeful, compassionate, and generous, referred to as a “guardian angel” that is always there to guide and enrich your life. Jupiter synthesizes the experiences of our personal planets into gifts to be shared with the world.
Jupiter spent most of 2021 in Aquarius, helping to encourage optimism in the arena of public health and new modes of technological connection. The majority of 2022 sees Jupiter in Pisces, hopefully starting the new decade in a state of communion and forward movement.
Neptune
Neptune’s influence is less individual and more collective. Neptune brings heaven to earth. It's everything that that is subtle, intangible, and ethereal. It's inspiration, dreams, schemes, illusion, fantasy, and magical, mystical things. It's the planet of the arts and relates to photography, film, dance, music, painting, and poetry. As the planet of the imagination, it deals with all forms of escape: the artificial realities of cinema; video games, and fiction; mind-altering substances; and movements of spirituality and political change.
It intensifies your sensitivity and intuition, clouds your perception of reality, and deepens your compassion. It rules drugs, both those that heal and those that alter your reality.
When Neptune interacts with other planets, it can awaken sensitivities to high consciousness and deeper intuition. As the planet of altered consciousness, Neptune can reveal areas of vagueness, self-destruction, and insobriety. Neptune causes illusions, delusions, and deceptions. It alters your reality and blurs boundaries. Neptune's purpose is to teach you the oneness of all. Neptune connects you with the divine.
The gift of Neptune is to set you free from earthly attachments and when Neptune is successful, you're rewarded with empathy, psychic ability, and artistic creation. Neptune's ultimate desire is the realization of your own divinity.
Neptune rules water and Jupiter rules air, for this reason, clarity seems to come from nature, head on over to the beach or take a break outside in the sun for 5 minutes and breathe in and out deeply. With these two planets connecting things move fast, the seeds you have been planting and tending to are ready to grow. Creating a great time for manifestation and abundance.
Mythical Origins
Ops and Saturn conceived many children together. Unfortunately, Saturn, who held the title King of the Gods, feared that one of his children would usurp his throne just as he had usurped his father's throne. Therefore, upon each of their births, he swallowed their children Pluto, Neptune, Ceres, Vesta, and Juno. When Ops gave birth to her sixth child, she sent the baby Jupiter to Crete in secret. When Saturn entered the room to eat his newest child, Ops offered him a stone wrapped in swaddling clothes.
Thoroughly fooled, Saturn ate the stone and carried on believing his dominion secure. Meanwhile, Ops raised Jupiter in secret, sharing with him the atrocities Saturn enacted against his siblings.
Upon reaching his full maturity, Jupiter returned to his father's home disguised as a cupbearer. His new role gave him the opportunity to mix a powerful potion into his father's drink. Upon ingesting the potion, Saturn promptly vomited up all the children he swallowed.
Jupiter and his siblings promptly formed an alliance with the Cyclops and the Hundred-handed Giants to overthrow Saturn and the other Titans. Following their victory, Jupiter and his siblings incarcerated the Titans at Tartarus.
Then the three brothers divided the universe among themselves. Pluto claimed dominion over the Underworld. Neptune claimed the sea for himself, and Jupiter ruled over the skies.

The Congress of Paris between the Russian Empire, France, United Kingdom, Ottoman Empire and Kingdom of Sardinia
Fun History Facts
Shortly after this conjunction was previously set in motion, on March 30, 1856, the Treaty of Paris was signed at the Congress of Paris. The Treaty of Paris of 1856 settled the Crimean War between Russia and an alliance of the Ottoman Empire, the British Empire, the Second French Empire, and the Kingdom of Sardinia. The treaty made the Black Sea a neutral territory, closing it to all warships, and prohibiting fortifications and the presence of armaments on its shores. The treaty also admitted the Ottoman Empire to the European concert, and the Powers promised to respect its independence and territorial integrity. The treaty marked a severe setback to Russian influence in the region, whose leader was Nikoláy I Pávlovich, aka Nicholas I. (Nicholas I was emperor of Russia, King of Poland, and Grand Duke of Finland from 1825 until his death in 1855.) The T of Paris confirmed Nicholas I's leadership failures.
Russia lost territory it had been granted at the mouth of the Danube.
Russia was forced to abandon its claims to protect Christians in the Ottoman Empire in favor of France.
Russia lost its influence over the Romanian principalities, which, together with Serbia, were given greater independence.
In the long run, the war marked a turning point in Russian domestic and foreign policy. Russian intellectuals used the defeat to demand fundamental reform of the government and social system.
One can only hope that the same sort of conjunction will also bring about this kind of change. Praying for all corners of the world to know peace, always.
Please be kind.
Hope and light lives within us all.
xoxo
