That's right, read that again. Every little thing is gonna be alright, even if it isn't.
It is the way it is for you to learn and grow. That's one of our mission's here but not in the text book way we all think. Our soul grows with love and kindness. Our soul knows that every little thing in this beautiful world is connected. It all has a purpose. Yes, even viruses have a purpose.
So read that again, Every little thing is gonna be alright, even if it isn't.
It's all in God's plan and divinely timed.
So in the meantime, do what you can do daily to help in this world. These are the things that make us feel good. Make dinner for an elderly neighbor, clean out a room, fix a door in the house and appreciate that the door closes and opens again. Use your body by walking, jumping, running, or horizontal naked sports - just get it moving, again it will help you feel good. Pray, yes pray. Prayer comes in many forms and you do not need an altar. Just you, your thoughts and a connection to source (God, universe, Jah, Buddah, whatever you like to call it) which is in each and every one of us. Even if we dim it, it never turns off. God always leaves the light on.
