Chaos is a change agent

There is a wave of chaos in the air. We have been experiencing solar flares and unprecedented sun activity for weeks now. (It is why many could see the northern lights who normally do not!) It is igniting us in ways we have not been before and we are getting charged at a cellular level. If you have been feeling dizzy, have headaches or body aches, are easily irritated or angry, are crazy emotional, indecisive or rash, everything feels just a tad off and nothing you do is feeling right, then you may be feeling this activity.

We have been in the reflective, calm inner mode for the past few years, and we are finally starting to break free of that inner power energy reign. We have the need for inner power, for it makes us look at foundations, patterns, and systems. We have broken it down and much like the phoenix, we rise with a new outlook and perspective. A new way to do things. New systems. New based on the wisdom gained from the old...a fire lit and the wisdom and confidence to remain the course for change. But the course for change can feel uncomfortable.

"In all chaos, there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order." - Carl Jung

For many, it has been feeling very chaotic lately. Chaos goes hand in hand with change. Chaos makes us think of all of the angles and all of the things that matter at once, overwhelming us, and making us second-guess ourselves and what our soul already knows. Chaos makes us jump for it on a fight-or-flight survival basis instinct. Chaos moves us in ways that we would not have proceeded otherwise. Chaos is a change agent. It is here to complete this cycle.

It's ok to feel the chaos, to not know which way to go, or what to do or to feel that you are a complete imposter. You are not, it is just your ego telling your soul to stop shining. This solar activity is helping us propel forward, moving more in line with our soul power. When we tap into this soul power, we begin using the gifts we were given to help the community and world.

Jackson Pollock. One: Number 31. 1950 "When I am in my painting, I'm not aware of what I'm doing. It is only after a sort of "get acquainted" period that I see what I have been about. I have no fear of making changes, destroying the image, etc., because the painting has a life of its own. I try to let it come through. It is only when I lose contact with the painting that the result is a mess. Otherwise, there is pure harmony, an easy give and take, and the painting comes out well." — Jackson Pollock, My Painting, 194

Make sure you drink your water and eat whole, natural foods. Try to maintain a sleep schedule and walk every day. It will all help our body ease into this transition...our next chapter awaits even amidst the chaos.

Please be kind.

Hope and light live within us all.

xoxo
